Live More Authentically

By beginning with the end in mind.

Join us as we create our compass for life - by defining how we hope to be remembered.

My Tiny Legacy

A woman with a yellow and blue patterned headwrap smiling while sitting on an orange velvet armchair outdoors in a grassy field with trees in the background.

When I die, they will say I was committed to doing my part to save the world.

They will say I empowered others by asking questions that helped them to access their own inner healing intelligence.

They I will say I was funny, and that my humor mostly didn’t offend anyone.

They will say I was brave and showed people what it looks like when faith and commitment alchemize into greatness.

They will say I was the human equivalent of a weighted blanket. Also, a mountain.

They will say that I used my voice for good. For soothing and comforting, for validating what needed validating, and sharing my knowledge.

They will say I lived both on the Earthly plane and the Spiritual one and walked with others doing the same.

They will remember that I sang often, mostly off-key but with enthusiasm

They will remember that I danced, that I was always moved by music.

They will say I lived well, helped others live well, and advocated for dying better.

They will say I never only sometimes aspired to perfection, focusing on growth and alignment with my own highest self – and this was my expectation of all in my closest circle.

They will say I held people’s hands while they did hard things – with compassion, presence, and sometimes authority.

Why Is this Important?

After working in funeral homes for 27 years, the most important thing I learned was the value in each moment - and living each with purpose and intention.

I want to give this gift to you.

When you are finished with this excercise, you will have a compass to refer to that will help you align each choice with the legacy you want to leave.

We can’t help what people say about us when we are no longer here, but we can make choices daily that help us live our best, most authentic life.
